About DiagramLab

A focused canvas for thinking in connected notes.

DiagramLab is a browser-based diagram editor built for quickly turning ideas into connected notes, flowcharts, and visual maps.

Why it exists

Diagramming should feel immediate. DiagramLab keeps the core workflow small: add a note, connect it, arrange the canvas, and export the result without creating an account first.

Designed around direct use

The editor supports editable notes, resizable shapes, directional connections, undo and redo, local autosave, and exports to PNG, SVG, and JSON. Diagrams can also be imported from DiagramLab JSON files.

These descriptions are based on the current application behavior, not planned features or marketing claims.

How the privacy model works

Diagram data is written to IndexedDB in the current browser. A small localStorage entry remembers which diagram to reopen. The editor does not require an account or send diagram contents to an application database.

This also means there is no cloud backup or cross-device sync. Users should export important diagrams before clearing browser data or changing devices.

How this information is maintained

Product and privacy explanations are published by the DiagramLab project and reviewed against the implementation when behavior changes. Review dates are updated only when the page is substantively checked or revised.

DiagramLab does not claim certifications, customer counts, reviews, or professional credentials that have not been independently established.
